This policy explains what Maplex Services LLC collects when you use maplexservices.com, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it.
When you ask for an estimate we collect what you type: your name, your phone number, your city or ZIP code, the service you are asking about, and your description of the work. Name and phone are required. Everything else is optional.
We keep a record of the exact consent wording shown to you above the submit button, together with the time you submitted, so there is a record of what you agreed to rather than what the site says today.
Our hosting provider processes your IP address in order to deliver the site and block automated abuse. We do not store it and we do not build a profile of you from it.
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking. Nothing follows you after you leave this site.
To respond to your request, and for nothing else. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it for anyone else’s advertising.
If you submit the form, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on the phone and we will stop.
Maplex Services LLC works with licensed trades who perform the work. If you hire us, we share what a trade needs to do your job — your name, address, phone and the scope — with the specific licensed trade assigned to it. Nothing more, and only for work you have agreed to.
We also use service providers to run this site, our phone and our messaging. They handle your information only to provide those services to us. Our business phone and messaging run through Quo; this site is hosted on Cloudflare.
We will disclose information if the law requires it.
If you ask for an estimate and we do not end up working together, we delete your information within 24 months.
If we do work together, we keep the job record for 7 years after the work is completed. Florida law allows construction claims to be brought for up to seven years after completion, and we keep the paperwork for as long as that window is open.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of those, or to stop hearing from us, write to maplex.dan@gmail.com or call (813) 819-6778. We will not treat you differently for asking.
This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so on this page.
