Parts that need a license, like electrical, AC and plumbing, are done by a licensed general contractor we work with. The date lives in your written scope, in writing, before anything starts. If we run past it, our price comes down. There are no carve-outs in that promise. A slow permit or a late supplier comes out of our margin, not out of your patience.
