About us
Maplex Services LLC opened in 2026 in Tampa, FL. One person walks your job, writes the scope, and answers the phone. The people who do the work have more than 8 years in their trades. Maplex Services is not a general contractor. Electrical, AC and plumbing are done by a licensed general contractor we work with.
Legal
The fine print, in plain words. What we promise, where the promise ends, and what Florida law gives you. The workmanship warranty, your right to cancel, and the lien law notice are all on one page.
Privacy Policy
We collect your name, your phone, and what you want done. Nothing else. No ad pixels, no trackers, and we never sell your information. The page says who sees it, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.
What clients say about working with us.
A pipe burst in my house and flooded almost half of the property. They took care of the plumbing, drywall repairs, and painting, and finished everything in less than a week. The quality of the work was excellent, clean, and professional. Very reliable and responsible. I highly recommend them.
